A 30 billion dollar corporation, TJX Companies, found themselves falling behind, still with no ecommerce website in 2013. I joined the team in 2013 as the first creative hire to build and oversee the Creative Project Management team for digital ecommerce. Projects include homepage redesigns, UX initiatives including navigational redesigns (desktop & mobile), checkout chat implementation, email marketing campaigns, affiliate ads, SEO copy review, and photography shoot production.
